Since 2000, an accomplished web design professional and web developer, with exceptional skills and proficiency using motion and sound; a graphic designer and multimedia presentation guru. Barbara has a BA in Fine Arts from Southern Illinois University and a MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

Until November 2007, Barbara was Vice President, Western Advertising Director at Johnson Publishing Company, Inc. for EBONY and JET magazines. While at Johnson Publishing, she:

• Pioneered innovative multimedia sales presentations and proposals from idea to production

• Guided company to a presence on the Internet

• Contributed to media sales success with creative, innovative multimedia sales presentations and proposals to convince EBONY & JET clients to advertise and/or buy sponsorship/merchandising opportunities

• Designed an award-winning media kit for EBONY magazine.
